Insulated Bottles

Disassemble the lid, gasket, straw, and any seals. Fill the bottle with warm water and add a generous squeeze of mild dish soap (or 1–2 tsp of baking soda for extra freshness). Let it soak for 10–15 minutes to loosen residue or odours. Gently scrub the interior, lid threads, and drinking spout/straw with a soft bottle brush. Rinse thoroughly until no soap or residue remains. Air dry completely with the lid off to keep everything fresh for your next use.

• ✔️ Dishwasher Use:

Most bottles are dishwasher-safe (top rack for lids and caps); remove gaskets and place in utensil basket for thorough cleaning; avoid if concerned about paint fading.

• ❌ Avoid:

Bleach, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads which can damage the stainless steel, powdercoating or vacuum insulation; do not store with liquids inside for extended periods to prevent odours.

Dry completely before reassembling and storing; store with lid off to allow airflow and prevent mold.

Hard Coolers

• ✔️ After Use:

Empty contents, rinse interior with warm water to remove debris; scrub with mild soapy water using a soft brush, paying attention to seams, corners, and drain plug.

• ✔️ Deep Cleaning:

Use a mixture of baking soda and water or mild dish soap; for tough stains, apply a non-abrasive cleaner and let it sit before rinsing; air dry with the lid open.

• ✔️ Exterior Care:

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid pressure washers or harsh chemicals that could damage seals or insulation.

• ❌ Avoid:

Storing food past its prime to prevent odours; do not use bleach or abrasive tools; avoid extreme heat sources that could warp the cooler.

• ✔️ Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight with the lid slightly ajar to allow ventilation; remove the drain plug if storing long-term to prevent mould.

Soft Coolers

Yes. We accept returns for faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of delivery. Return eligibility requires proof of purchase and items returned in original condition.

All non-faulty products that have been altered or customised (e.g. personalised engraving or customisation) are not eligible for return or refund.

This policy applies because customised items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold as new.
