Shipping policy
We ship Australia-wide. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, with express options available. Shipping is free on Australian orders over $150, and every order is tracked once it's dispatched.
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days, including sale items. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered under the Australian Consumer Law, and all FRSH products come with a 12-month warranty. See our Refund Policy and Warranty Policy for full details.
